The occupancy limit for this house is 6 people. There are two queen beds and two twin beds. Bring your own sheets, bath towels, and beach towels.
The house is smoke-free, and we don’t allow pets.
Sunset Beach is great for biking, so we recommend you bring your bikes. Or you can rent some from Island Hoppers 910-579-1766 (they will deliver).
WiFi connection information is in the white notebook in the house.
Focus Broadband has ceased providing cable TV and has teamed up with Merge TV - a streaming service. The smaller of the two controllers turns the TV on and off and provides a channel guide and many channels of programs. We also still have a Chromecast (HDMI 2), which is compatible with most streaming apps - see directions here.
During Summer, Sunset Beach Island garbage pickup is Wednesday & Saturday. Recycling pickup is Saturday. Calendar is posted on the refrigerator.
